SC is here for the long run. We are a complete site in terms of information, product selection, nutritional label info, direct answers to questions, tech and phone support, friendly reps who care and help. We not only carry protein, creatine, glutamine, but we also have the smaller lesser known products; vitamins, minerals, herbs and accessories. Our new site allows customers to: view ordering history, tracking information, see more articles, and is quicker loading.
Stole my money!!!! Its obvious this company is taking money and not sending products. I haven't received the items I purchased, I haven't received responses to the emails inquiring about the order and now I'm left to wondering if I'll get a refund since no one can be reached. This is frustrating. I definitely WILL NOT shop from Supplement Central again.
Every time we call the automated answering service just says they are too busy and to call back later. We call back later only to receive the same recording. I will never purchase from here again. This is asinine that he customer service is this dreadful to so many people.
First time products didn't arrive, I called and was told some items were out of stock so they were holding the whole order, i was never notified. mysteriously after I called everything arrive. this time placed order, received email confirmation. no products or shipping info for over three weeks. no response to my email. not able to get anyone on the phone.
