I have no issue with the product but the mount is very limiting to only those with standard round handlebars, Many like me use "Flat" bars and a mount that attaches below the stem.

They lost a customer for life because of an immature and rude customer sales rep. Not only did he block me from receiving the chat info, he told me that he would personally cancel any orders that I try to put into their system.

The tire was supposed to have great anti flat technology and the first ride out flatted. Found a small shard of glass in tire. Sad it went all the way through.

The package ended up delivered to a different address and I got lucky the owners knew me and let me know. A bit frustrating unfortunately.
