From the spreadsheet lot in HQ to the drivers navigating our buses, our passengers are at the heart of what we do every single day.
The driver was clearly overworked. The website claims that there are uniformed staff aboard the bus as well. There was no one but the driver, who also did the ticket sales. We were able to get a seat up top on the next stop. The seats were small, and tight-very uncomfortable.
