I sent an email multiple time requesting assistance and received no reply prior to posting this comment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even if they were giving away their product - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they had to do was to no respond!!! Extremely disappointed.
I bought a carrot cake for my mother’s birthday. It was delivered on time and looked very nice. Mom was excited to receive it. However when she had a slice she bit down into something hard. She thinks it is a piece of bone. She threw out the cake. I contacted the company via their “contact us” form, described the situation and noted that I have a picture of the hard object. I have heard nothing from them. No response at all.

having it as my Wedding Cake I was SO disappointed. It was so sweet NO one would eat it! It was not edible. Traditionally a yummy cream cheese topping and layering was nothing like that. All you could taste was SUGAR. The cake was thin and no one even wanted to scrape the icing off and give it a go. I have never met a cake I didn’t like until now.
