They are military experts dedicated to customer-focused service and quick responsiveness, coupled with deep, accurate knowledge of the military rules, regulations and heraldry guidelines. Key services include design consultation and free, customer artwork. Products include embroidered patches, challenge coins, zap stickers and solid mahogany wood aircraft models.

After the patches arrived at their warehouse, it took over a week to have them shipped to me and that’s after I threatened I was cancelling my order. Unacceptable. Definitely wouldn’t support a company like this.

They would tell me things that aren't true just to make me happy in the moment. It took almost twice as long to get the patches then what they said and did nothing about it. They will not hurry or rush whatsoever. That was awful.

They weren't the quality I expected, so I contacted Aviation Gear. They responded quickly to ask for photos of the products, which I sent back. Customer service was fairly poor.

Definitely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially from an assistant operations manager. The only positive thing is their detail was good! Just very disappointed. UNACCEPTABLE.
