Aveda purchases wind-generated renewable energy credits and carbon offsets from NativeEnergy for the electricity used and carbon emissions from use of natural gas at our corporate owned Aveda Institute in New York City, Experience Centers around the country, and our Los Angeles Distribution Center, which also generates a portion of its electricity with a rooftop solar photovoltaic system.
After using I liked some of the products but 2 of the products started giving me some irritation on my face,as i have very sensitive skin. When I called customer service ,i spoke to someone and she talked to me very politely and gave me full refund for those 2 products. Really appreciate her for understanding the situation and excellent customer service.
I recently purchased facial serum/cream. Prior to purchasing the products, I called with questions regarding if/how I could incorporate the Aveda products with my current routine. I was given instructions as to how to do that and I placed my order. When I received the order, I was unable to locate my notes and called again. I called twice. I chatted. I contacted them via email. Every response was the same. They could not answer my questions because they are only familiar with their own products, which clearly isn't even true.
