Provided Allianz with all documentation and receipt - they processed my claim for extra transportation expenses very quickly. Extremely supportive staff who were so knowledgeable and professional when I called them. I would highly recommend them for any future travel.
After talking on the phone to the service dept. or whatever they call themselves, they refused to make payment to me. I had to mail the checks to the kids in another state and pay them for their trouble to get them cashed. They bought a money order and send it to me. At least I got something back.
