These people are extremely difficult to deal with. Trying to set up an account is a nightmare and they keep coming up with absurd reasons to make using them very difficult. The people that you talk to on the phone are not knowledgeable and when you ask for the person in charge, is not helpful and would not solve the problems that they have with all of the rules that they seem to need to follow.
