Worst insurance company to work with,, just scamming your money but thank God for the company am into now. Since you didn’t receive any papers of whatsoever that they made you filled in, they argued that you agreed with whatever games they played. And yes, they NEVER send you any soft or hard copies of the policy or anything about the payment.
They don’t listen to you! Even if it’s wrongly filled and incomplete, they didn’t give you a copy nor withhold the policy. That’s the only mistake I admit making. I’ve been liaising this matter now with my lawyer and suing them for what they did. Don’t be the next victim.
Wrote them letters multiple times to make it right but no use. The insurance just tries to find excuses to reject the claim. I ended up paying huge bills from pocket. Bad insurance. This is the worst insurance company ever!! They DO NOT cover anything they promised.
