The Company provides low-cost air transportation services on scheduled short-haul and medium-haul point-to-point routes across Europe and into the Caucasus and the Middle East with a fleet of 121 Airbus aircraft, connecting 155 destinations across 45 countries.

Wizz Air is continuously looking for opportunities to expand its network of destinations and provide low-cost air transport. We fly to a mix of primary, secondary and regional airports, providing friendly and fast customer service for low costs, which are reflected in WIZZ fares. We are in constant negotiations to establish a network of operations at more airports.

The worst experience that I have even had in my entire life, and I found the whole situation extremely distressing as I had a panic attack and the employees continued yelling at me, while I actively said I am panicked and my hands were shaking and none of them took into account the fact that they have a duty of care towards customers.

Went to the airport and they informed me that I needed to pay an extra 40 euros per ticket to complete my check in. I refuse to pay it as it wasn’t my fault that the Wizz online service it wasn’t working. Than i was told in the rudest way that if I wanted to fly that day to pay the fee. Pure robbery!!! It’s a scam, they sell you a cheap ticket and they force you to double pay them again in the airport.

Flight got almost five hours delayed because it apparently were out of gas and had to be fueled before takeoff. There were no compensation or even a free snack to make up for this!

Their website doesn't work properly and they will use all sorts of tricks to make you make mistakes, order things you do not need, or simply log you out and having to start over. Worst experience ever.

Actually there is no customer support here. Just forget about getting any help. One of the worst experiences you can have, booking a ticket online. Their website seems to be designed by someone unprofessional. It barely works and it's full of errors and glitches that might end up costing their customers money.
