The operators say Wilson will call me back, but they don't. One call center operator confided that they don't resolve problems, they simply provide a live operator to answer the calls and essentially do nothing.

Very, very happy with the purchase. Cost was the most reasonable for my home purchase, and it works just as explained. Very easy to install.

When we received the shipment the package only contained wiring, no amplifier. I placed 3 phone calls in to the number listed on Wilson Amplifiers's home page over the course of several days. Beyond the representatives on the phone taking my name and phone number the issue was never addressed.
