When something goes wrong, which it will it will takes weeks if not months to get a response, the live chat is about as bad as it gets and any email just gets a automated response. Awful customer service!!

After contacting customer service and sending some pics of the damage they sent a new wheelset out and told me to keep the one undamaged wheel for the inconvenience.

I used the online chat which was very slow and was told the stick team would look into it and contact me 24 hrs later this came and went and I used chat again and said they would chase. When they finally got back to me was told I had to return item and pay postage.
