Wag! is a company that develops a dog walking mobile application intended to offer experienced and certified dog walkers instantly on the phone. Its application allows on-demand hiring for dog walking, dog sitting and dog boarding services and features GPS tracking and pup reports, enabling dog owners to track their dogs easily and receive a report card indicating the route walked, distance traveled and time taken.
Wag did not find a replacement so we had to rearrange our plans to rush home and take care of our dog. Wag offered an apology. At the very least there should have been a credit given for the major inconvenience. If customers can’t rely on your company in the care of their loved ones you usually don’t get future.
