Upon making transaction, it was cancelled by Security team without any request for additional information or reason for cancellation. Upon sending an email to customer support, I was vaguely told that Security team has cancelled it. However, the amount got debited from my account and still not refunded.
The customer service people make me feel they are running department from home where they don't care what they say and moreover do what they feel like with zero escalation level in place. For employees it works best because its kind of an government job where they wont get fired ever regardless of what they do.
I have used Venstar many times and always found them a pleasure to deal with. I transferred money from the US, the transaction was flawless and as quick as is reasonable. I was truly delighted and grateful for their rapid responses, clear instructions, their thorough due diligence, and safe transfer of the fund to my account.
