They are quick to take your money though before all of the questions. I said okay so let me just get a refund and we will stay somewhere else, they agent said well I have to let customer service know and they will get back to you in a timely manner.

Customer service doesn't even answer even when you are caller number 1 in the line. Pathetic.better we book via trivago or booking.com.These vacation VIP packages are scams.I'm sure ALL my calls were recorded.

The problem is my refund. I requested it on the same day it was canceled. They keep calling me telling me about another vacation when I still haven't received my refund yet. Then when I tell them to not call me about another vacation until I get my refund,they hang up in my face.

I call back and given a run around with rude reps who say they can file a complaint and I’d be called back. No one willing to refund my card or help me get accommodations. I tell the supervisor to connect me to customer service. They are scammers!!
