Cannot make or receive calls. I have tried calling, chat and emails. In every case they take me through the same steps with no change. Emails are not responded to. I am really getting tired of this and it makes me want to switch carriers with a better service.

I moved to Unreal for a better price. I am happy with the move. Until this moment, I have no issues. I am using a normal sim card. No app for calling.
