I sincerely believe that some sort of robotic automated device responds to any calls or texts made to the number - the questions sent in are consistently misinterpreted. You can’t ever get an answer from them. No interest in customer service. Totally just a booking company that provides nothing more.

My card has a daily limit on it, so I am not getting charged over and over again to pay off the balance. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Renting was so easy. We had routine communication leading up to our trip. We didn’t experience any issues with our rental property.
