Turkish Airlines provided everything without delay or difficulty. All of the Turkish Airline employees were extremely helpful from check-in, in flight, to exiting the airport. I am so grateful for this airline's help and attention.

Turkish Airlines has a new process to charge more money from their customers. The scam goes like this, you book your ticket and the airline gets your money often a few months before your trip. At the last minute the airline cancels one or more of your trips. At this point since you can no longer see your locator you are forced to wait huge times on hold.

When trying to cancel a flight due to covid restrictions you can only apply for a voucher, the option to request a refund does don't work, funny that and once the voucher has been issued, it cant not be changed, funny that, once again. Keep your low customer service standards.

Turkish Airlines, they are so bad. Your marketing is attractive and really gets people feeling you are a great company. It's too bad that you fail at the most BASIC thing - offering good customer service. Your rudeness is shocking, above everything else that is wrong with you.

We were given nothing in terms of support at the airport, I asked countless times for this and even just access to the lounge, the answer was no every time. I chose them based on price, you get what you pay for. If I can, I will never touch them again.
