I already sent a proof from the airline company that flight was canceled, and still nothing. Now it stopped answering my emails and telephone calls. I'm terribly upset.

They do not actually give you flights! Travelation is small to not have a good policy on transparency and the non-refundable major issue.

Any issue when you call they tell you that the flight is full now and try to charge more to book again. I could get much cheaper alternative and no headache.

Travelation was super easy. Travelation was good, and it had reasonable prices. I was able to find an awesome price for the flight.
