This is the worse experience I had. The quality services is extremely poor as my lawn looked worse than before. This is a ridiculous service that offers no real feedback and removed my request for service for absolutely no reason. You should be ashamed to run such a company.

I would definitely recommend for those who like quick searches and good results. It’s my first option when I need something repaired or renovated. Highly recommended!

I have never had a bad experience with Thumbtack before, but now I am very disappointed. They stopped answering our messages and didn’t show up when we expected him. The phone number listed by Thumbtack was not working.

Our issues could have been resolved quickly, with simple communication. Instead, we received no word nor warning, and when we investigated, we were given no explanation nor path for resolution. Because of this policy level commitment to inferiors customer service, we have lost time, opportunity, and money.
