They refused to give me a flight credit towards future flights unless I booked a specific flight before the time window closed and payed the fee difference. Thanks for nothing Swiss Air. Hope to never see you in the future.

They don't listen to you and your query. They repeat on and on the same speech without listening and understanding what you are saying and trying to explain over and over again.

As I arrived at the airport, none of my bags had arrived. I was informed my bags would be delivered at my house 1-2 days later, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have been waiting for 2 days and have not yet received my bags.

Their staff are always very helpful and deliver excellent customer service. Fantastic service, good food, great wine, great flight crew taking real care of passengers. It was really one of the most enjoyable flights that I can remember.
