Very understanding and helpful. This kind of customer service goes a long way. The staffs friendliness and knowledge was brilliant and they really took the time to listen to my needs and find the right glasses for me.

Trying to get customer service for sunglasshut.com to fix their own error was and still is a ridiculous waste of my time. I had to spend over half a half hour going through three people on separate phone calls, each of whom told me something that contradicted the other two.

hey don’t sent receipts with purchases. They don’t exchange in store even if it’s their fault. They don’t send out glasses on time, I mean the list goes on. After this time I’m avoiding this company hands down would rather go elsewhere. Shamble company.
