STRATA Trust Company was founded in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Horizon Bank, SSB. Does not answer their phone number, never replies to voicemails. Does not answer email. Unprofessional, frustrating, expensive. Do not do any business with STRATA Trust. More fees than returns on your account.

DON'T use them. Can't get through to customer service by phone and email response slow. I don't usually bad mouth a company as I understand stuff happens. But this has been inexcusable. Very high fees, bad service.

Strata gave us wrong information at every turn on what forms and paperwork we needed to file. We still haven’t received our distributions. Every other institution has been gracious and helpful. But not STRATA trust. So disappointed!!

Total ripoff. I have done business with hundreds of companies in my career and NEVER been charged to close an account! The customer service is extremely rude and dismissive. They do not care about their customers just about their fees. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
