They said they found nothing when clear picture proves we found bugs. Blood stain on old pull out sofa bed. Nails sticking out on top step leading to basement,stained pillow cases,a bed supported by plastic under storage tote, old beds,outdated electric stove that one takes forever to get hot. needs a lot of work. steps leading to door dangerous.
They know absolutely nothing about customer service and they are using false advertisement with the amenities that were supposed to be in this cabin. I never received any money back or any sort of compensation for the lack of this cabin or the sickness that I got after staying there. I can’t believe people treat people this way!!! It’s really sad!
