I Bought two sets of skis and got them within one week. Bought another two set of ski boots, got the tracking number the next day. However, never receive the items. Called customer support once a day, was asked to wait till 3 weeks.

Worst customer service. They cancelled the ordered because they had sold out and never informed me. This company is horrible! Avoid this company.

I was never notified that the boots would not be shipped and when I received the cancellation email it stated that I had requested the cancellation. After multiple weeks of sending emails , no response.

19 days and never shipped. Sent email and no response. Called their customer service and they told me my order was canceled yesterday. When I asked why they told me the product was not shipped and now out of stock.

Literally the worst customer service experience EVER!!! Do not buy from this company. I request an email that my refund is being processed I am told they do not do that. This is a nightmare company. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!
