Orders have shipped late, no notification of when they are ready. The product I received was all rusted. Not satisfied what so ever. When I contacted them they offered me a $300 credit to clean it up myself. That's just a joke.

Was given a delivery date. Never showed. Was then given multiple more delivery dates. Product never showed. I tried to cancel the order since it never arrived and the owner refused. . This company does NOT care about their customers at all. I do NOT recommend

It's been shipped a week ago and it's still not here. Don't you love it when a company doesn't deliver their product to you as fast as they take your money? Scam!!

The shipping date kept changing. The product, racks, stayed three days at a location 150 miles from delivery location. I couldn't get a response on when my order would ship and then one of my racks had damage.
