I was over talked, ignored, and constantly told how great the product was for her. At that point i was so upset i asked for a refund. I am on my way to return to post office. I just hope i get my money back.

On the facial device, the sensors failed to heat up and the led lights did not come on. The mani-pedi device didn't come on at all. These are very shoddy, yet expensive products.

The delivery date kept getting pushed out multiple times. I’m not home during the day so when the package was finally ready to be delivered I tried redirecting to my work but I wasn’t allowed to due to restrictions placed by the seller. Didn't help me at all!! Stay AWAY!

This company is one of the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They refused to honor their warranty and their customer service is quite bad.
