Shopbop shipped it in an dirty envelop without any padding. How cheap it is. It wasn't fit, I decided to return. Now it is even worse. They don't respond me anymore about my package and my refund. Horrible Scam!!!!

I have contacted Shopbop customer services regarding this damaged product and there was no reply for over month. I am very disappointed in this experience.

The return process was easy, they emailed me a confirmation that the return had been delivered to them and the credit was posted to my account the next day.

SHOPBOP Customer Support didn't seem to care at all, they have not been helpful, and still offering generic apology and giving canned, vague explanations. Really bad!!

Got immediately a confirmation email. My order shipped the same day and arrived within three days in Greece! It took though 4 more working days until the customs clearance process was complete.The shoes were carefully packed and arrived safely. I will be definitely ordering from ShopBop again.
