They didn't even have the decency to address me by name or close the email. I asked for a confirmation that my order would be properly processed shipped and I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

I bought some new glasses and they sent me used ones, still waiting for a solution from them. Buyer beware, this website might be a scam. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

A waste of money. Never again. No response when the only way to request for a return is through email or contact message. Make sure you bought the right product otherwise you may be stuck with your purchase.
