enjoy their store brands and the gifts on my birthday! Their website interface is very user friendly and they have great sales. Any store I've been inside was always clean and I was promptly greeted or led around to find exactly what I was looking for. I've been to Sephora outlet stores all over the United States and every single one I visited was set up nicely and staff were so so helpful!

hey kept tell I no me it would arrive even though they couldn't give me a tracking number. So finally it was updated and I won't receive it for 5 more days. I do not recommend ordering online. I definitely will not shop with them in future.

Unfortunately, if you’re unhappy with your unexpectedly empty box, it’ll be months after sending it back before they’ll return your money. Terrible service.

I placed an order and it arrived with an item missing and a Sephora favorites kit half empty as it had been opened and products taken from it!! Customer service basically said it’s my problem !!
