And Sonar helps Amazon sellers, vendors, and agencies find all the relevant keywords they need to increase product listing visibility and improve Amazon SEO.
Their software is not fit for purpose and has cost our company thousands. From day one it was not working and they failed to mention it. They don't appear to be concerned. No ability to talk to someone, no follow up unless I contact them again. I regret spending the money.
I start paying monthly base and after that, they change my payment plan based on the future sale which I will get, which is a stupid system, in the context where I have a monthly payment. When I saw this on the same day when I was charged I have requested to cancel the account and refund the payment . They declined my request!!
