They lied and said they don’t turn down nobody. Lie. When the sales manger call me he called with jokes about my health. Second I didn’t have all the problems they listed. I would not turn nobody else over to this company. Pure bad and full of lies.

They were nothing but honest, knowledgeable, and responsive to phone calls and questions to date. I appreciate dealing with a company who provides good customer service.

This is completely false advertising. I went through and completed the online quote questionnaire, then was presented after that someone would call me instead. Worse customer service. Drastic price hikes . Long holds and many transfers.

The customer service is poor and keep telling you how you don't have many options just to go with the insurance chosen by them.To get my policy completed it took more than 2months with me running after them not the reverse.Very frustrating!
