I called customer service today and was told that it didn't make it to the post office. No apologies, no resolution and a rep who hung up on me without a good solution. Unacceptable and I will never be using, nor recommend, this company again.

Product was delivered in two days as promised and product was as e z to use, as promised. Battery included! Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Would totally recommend! Expectations exceeded!!

I received the item 2 days after I placed the order. Most other places tell you that and then say that the 2 days shipping begins after your order has been processed and packed for shipping. Completely impressed!!

Will never purchase from this company again. The person I spoke to was so rude, could care less about the fact I had just spent a lot of money with them and was unwilling to help with reasonable solution. Crapp!!!
