Refused to help me further or replace items. Tried to cancel my membership online, but they won’t let you. This company also doesn’t offer free returns. Companies are not bound to offer free returns, but when they don’t, it should be transparent.

Do NOT shop or work there!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. No help whatsoever once you have placed an order and there is an issue. Long waiting times on the phone and they won’t do ANYTHING to fix any issues.

Great service! They are extremely knowledgeable and customer friendly! They are well trained! The staff is super nice and understands how to manage through this crazy COVID period.

The assistant was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, smart. Definitely an asset to the store and to Roadrunners. Definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable and made buying running sneakers fun!
