Your customer service never responded to my request.to correct an order. There is no way to cancel an order on your site. So i submitted a support requesting to change he sample paving stone sealer to satin. never heard a word back from your company. The order was placed after hours and by the time i got up in the morning to call you i go a message saying the order already shipped.
The product was easy to use,. I thought it sealed well as with some rain & snow cover I had no leaks. However, I have just had heavy rain fall and while the leaks into the basement were not as bad as they had been, I have leaks coming through. So this is kind of disappointing as I will need to buy another product to seal them.
