Beware!!! Stay away! We booked a trip for 7 days. Agreed and paid one amount. When we got to the counter they charged us in additional fees.

The customer service told me they couldn’t waive this requirement and I have to book another car. The prices for last minute booking were 4 times more. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Qeeq.com was intuitive and simple with required details explained in simple understandable words that made the decision process easy. Then picking up and dropping the car with Thrifty was also a good experience.

I had to cancel all my plans. Did they issue a refund? NOPE! No service! no refund! JUST stole my money essentially. It took close to 2 MONTHS to get a reply from them on this issue.
