Being a dog parent is one of the best things in life and as parents of two lovely dogs, we understand the importance of great quality products for our furry friends. At PupsCloset, we believe that daily walks with our dogs are the best way to bond with them. Our products are designed to make daily walks as enjoyable as possible for all dogs and dog parents. We have been providing high-quality products since 2018, including personalized dog collars with name and personalized dog harness with name.
We're a family owned business. As dog parents, we understand the importance of great quality products for our furry friends and we're certainly not sending something out that we're not proud of.All of our products are well-tested and approved by our two lovely Golden Retrievers Molly & Buddy.
Very poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again, I will be trying to get my money back. The engraving is so inferior, the phone number is not readable, and you can tell the name would easily rub off. The personalized collar was a total waste of money, it serves no purpose with unreadable engraving. The company will not respond.
