I wrote complains every possible way available on their website but i didn’t get any reply before 1 week, and when i got it, it wad not relevant to my complain at all, i explained everything on my messages but their reply was simply like we care about our customers please let us know about your problem! Don't use it!
These are without a doubt one of the best learning companies in the industry. I love them so much. I have learned so much and got me in the path as a professional retouching, and helping me grow my photography business! The biggest quality of it is their living community and their involvement in this community.
