I usually order every week and never had a problem until now. Last week I was sent something that was supposed to be extract and wasn't even close. They were hundreds of small hairs in it. It was absolutely disgusting . Customer service is also pretty bad but not horrible .
eceived my order and it’s incorrect. Instead of fixing it they called me a lair and said that it comes in a variety of colors when I’ve been buying the same 2 for over 2 years and the only times it’s been different colors is when they send it incorrectly. No help from their “customer service” dept and the owner basically called me a lair after I sent multiple pictures showing the color difference.
