Our free online tools allow you to view all of your accounts in one place. A powerful dashboard provides deep insights so you can understand your entire financial picture. As an investment client, your dedicated fiduciary advisor will leverage these tools to provide personalized wealth management advice that you can trust and understand.
Support is slow to respond. Personal Capital will not retain the information. It is very difficult to edit what is retained in our portfolios. If there is no balance on our credit cards, personal capital doesn't retain the information with interest rate and available credit. I have absolutely no faith in the app.
They refuse to even discuss or open a trouble ticket. I've noticed other glitches. All they want to take your money. Probably the worst customer service on the face of the earth. I've never gotten a resolution for any issues I've had with the software, and some of it is very basic stuff.
The user interface is very well designed, with easy-to-understand and visually appealing data. It's really convenient how it's linked to all my accounts and I can have a quick picture of my finances and drill down into the data. Love personal capital and highly recommend it to anyone!
