They DON'T refund the whole value you paid for, if you don’t want omio credits they will charge you even more! And the omio credits only come as individual discounts so if you want to use it all in one trip you have to buy separate tickets and pay MORE service fees and pay MORE for the rest of the ticket yourself even if you have money from another refund. They ROBBED me!!
