Since i ordered it direct from them, they could have shipped it way faster. Guess not I bought from them simply on the fact I have herd nothing but good reviews. Not impressed probably won't buy again . This is annoying because it drives up shipping costs which are imparted to the consumer thus creating an incentive to order less.
The problem I have is on three different occasion ,I had to call the service department about bad products that was shipped out to me, and I was force to keep them, the service dept, person talked as if they did not have anything to do with what was shipped and told me that I had to keep the bad product. Bad service!!
The most disappointing depending upon the company, whenever I call in to do something like the auto ship. I have tried to do this on two separate occasions without any results. I have calling into the company to fix it, but without any results. I have placed an order over the phone and it was never shipped.
