They have the worse customer service I have ever seen online. They just expect me to sit in front of my computer, endlessly hoping to get an email without an expectation of service. Do not waste your time with this company!!!

The scheduling system is more than unprofessional, It's downright rude and their behavior is downright reprehensible. They take hours, not minutes to reply to an email that requires you to sit ready at your computer with your documents.

I did not even know anything like this existed, and was a bit hesitant to use online for such sensitive information. The notary was prompt and professional. The signing took 5 minutes. I would use again.

Their website says scheduling will be within a few minutes but its been a whole week and have sent multiple emails with no response! Would not recommend.

This company is unconscionable, has zero business ethics and doesn't address customer concerns either online, via email or on the phone. They can't provide any time line. They can't do real support. Worst experience!!!
