They are rude and extremely aggressive in their sales approach. Don't fall in their trap! This company is the worst I had to deal with 2 weeks of long phone calls and no solution!!

Nextiva would not offer any assistance by pausing monthly fees or even reducing the number of lines in our contract. We were forced to pay for services that could not be used during an unbelievably difficult time for small businesses. Except for Nextiva, all our other service vendors were flexible.

Upsells you with the promise you can remove features, and is totally inflexible with their cancellation policy for any of the add on services. Once my contract is up in a few months, I'm switching completely.

Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card. The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nothing but headaches and they do not know what they are doing.
