Product planning has always been the development focus of our nap brand, and we continue to enrich our product types. From loungewear to accessories such as hats and scarves, the home line will be released in the future. Our supply chain has a sensitive response system, and new products are launched every week, providing consumers with more choices.
Customer service is awful, they charge you for return shipment fee despite the products being faulty, sizing is ridiculously too big or too small, quality of fabric is very cheap. They lied about processing the refund - it's been 2 weeks and I have not received it. This is more scam than a legitimate business.
Wanted to return because it’s one size so cant really exchange for smaller. No response from Customer service whatsoever. No contact number to call. Found out product shipped all the way from China. Found out return policy is customers have to cover shipping cost to return the product back to China. Absolutely - no luck, no return phone calls, no tracking number, no return e mail
