Description MyTransfers

MyTransfers is a young company, created in 2018, however, and due to the extensive experience of more than 14 years in the tourism sector of its founders, we are sufficiently prepared to become a benchmark for quality and service in private transfers with “door-to-door” service throughout Europe. We do not pretend to be the biggest, but we do give the best service. We know how important it is that everything goes well when our clients are on vacation.

At MyTransfers we offer private door-to-door transportation services, forget the long queues and the endless waiting times, hire our services and dedicate yourself just to enjoy your holidays. MyTransfers will take you from the Airport, Train Station or from the Port to your hotel or destination, without stops, without queues and with a personalized and high quality service.

At the end the driver was not there we had to wait then to go to another exit in the airport and finally 20 min later we had a car with nothing inside! No seats for the kids no water nothing!!

They didn't do anything to make it up with us, when I called them they said this has nothing to do with them, it is the company which arrange it. I don't know who is responsible and I don't care how they arrange between them, in these stressing times of covid they don't plan transfers earlier and warn the clients.

I have NEVER felt with a company so bad . I would really recommend no one books at all with them. I was left twice with no transfer in a foreign country ! Never received a email before! The company claimed the drive arrived. Again on the journey home no one turned up and was told by the company to just get a taxi.

If we then hadn't been able to quickly find a car seat ourselves, we wouldn't have been able to travel & probably would have missed our flight. The company offered no apology. Really terrible customer service. I wouldn't use them again.
