They even called to follow up a week later. If I ever need anything again, I'm definitely going to order through these guys. Very helpful and responsive.

I placed an order and they charged my credit card. Ten days later they cancelled my order without any cause or explanation. I checked their website today and they are still offering this item but they have raised the price.

Of course they did not notify me of this until a week later when it was too late to order a replacement from another store and still have the gift be on time. Very bad experience, will never buy from them again.

Phoning them was useless; no answer just recorded message. I had to recoup my money through disputed charge with my credit card company. I will NEVER buy from them again and would highly recommend you stay away from this store!!!
