Prompt withdrawal, proactive notification and clear commission charge. Very nice good company and full support. I can now do things I couldn’t do before as a result of lack of money.

Reason for 2 stars is that the spread is always too wide and swap fee is very high. They don't respond quick enough to deal the transaction, so it happens many times to lose money because their poor service.
