The agent is very busy to answer our multiple phone calls. Very disappointing situation to end on with Monex. I was a loyal customer that had built up trust to make more significant investments. Sad!

They change there words don't stay on there promising words. Collected more money after purchased to send delivery. Don't trust them, they only want your money!!

The worst experience lost all the money, their reps are working only to loose your hard earned money, there is not a single email on the website or any where, you can't complaint to any senior if your rep playing with your money. Buyer beware.

Still don’t have my coins. Monex says they have to wait for the shipper to return the coins before they can reship. One excuse after another as to why they can’t send me a new batch of coins, the original shipment was fully insured, so why the hold up? The company has fair prices but extremely poor customer service.

Very disappointed in Monex for screwing this up so badly! Deliver what you promised and I will correct this 1 star rating. Trust is GONE until then! This is a SCAM!!!
