Could not get through to customer service after waiting for an hour, never even moved up in the holding queue. I recommend going elsewhere if you need replacement parts.

I still do not have my product that I ordered over 3 weeks ago! So yeah not happy at all and it was only a gym ball nut and a transom replacement bracket for a total scan transducer. Still waiting for my product to arrive! Awful!!

After talking to three different people and waiting for an hour on hold I was told to send email to Navico, to do a exchange. I am not going to send a email and this back and forth crap. So far you’re costumer service sucks.

Do a lot of online ordering and have never had order confirmation come in as spam. Reordered same product the next day and there was no way to cancel it or amend it online. Sent email to cancel second order and both orders arrived. Terrible service.
